Login or SSO problems
Login or SSO problems
If you canât sign in:
- Confirm youâre using the correct sign-in method (email/password, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your organizationâs SSO).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- If your organization uses SSO and sign-in fails or loops back to the login page, contact your administrator â the SSO configuration may need attention on their end.
Connector authentication errors
Connector authentication errors
âAuthentication failed,â âpermission denied,â or a connector that wonât stay connected are almost always fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting through Customize â Connectors, granting all requested permissions. See the full Troubleshooting Connections guide for step-by-step fixes.
File upload limits
File upload limits
Thereâs a limit on how many files you can attach to a single message. If your upload is rejected, try attaching fewer files at once, or check with your administrator for your organizationâs exact limit.
Agent API key errors
Agent API key errors
If your organization has Agent API keys enabled, an invalid or expired key will cause API requests to fail with an authentication error. Verify the key is still active, and ask your administrator to generate a new one if needed. If youâre not sure whether this feature is enabled for your organization, check with your administrator.
