Once an agent works the way you want, share it so others can benefit from it. WonkaChat lets you share with specific users and groups, or with everyone in your organization.
Sharing an agent doesn’t move it — it grants other people access to use it, and optionally to edit or manage it.

Access Roles

When you share an agent, you assign one of three roles:
Give Viewer access by default for people who just need to use the agent. Reserve Editor and Owner for people who maintain it.

Sharing with Specific People or Groups

Open the Agent's Share Tab

Open the agent you want to share and go to its Share section.

Search for Users or Groups

Use the search field to find the people or groups you want to give access to.

Assign a Role

For each person or group you add, choose Viewer, Editor, or Owner. You can change this later at any time.

Save

Save your changes. The people and groups you added can now find the agent under Shared with me in the agent library.

Sharing with Your Whole Organization

Instead of adding people one by one, you can make the agent available to everyone.

Open the Share Section

In the agent’s Share section, turn on Share with everyone in your organization.

Choose the Default Role

Pick the role everyone in the organization gets by default (typically Viewer).

Confirm

Confirm the change. The agent now appears under Organization in the agent library for every member.
Organization-wide sharing gives access to everyone in your company. Double-check the agent’s instructions and connectors don’t expose anything sensitive before sharing this broadly.

Managing and Stopping Sharing

  • Change someone’s role: open the Share section and pick a new role for that person or group
  • Remove access: remove a person or group from the share list — they lose access immediately
  • Stop organization-wide sharing: turn off Share with everyone in your organization
Only people with Owner access (or an administrator) can change sharing settings.

Administrator Restrictions

Whether you can share agents at all — and whether you can share with your entire organization — depends on your role’s permissions. Your organization’s administrators can restrict:
  • Who is allowed to create agents
  • Who is allowed to share agents with other users or groups
  • Who is allowed to share agents with the whole organization
If sharing options are missing or greyed out for you, ask your administrator to review your role’s permissions.
