AI Workspace seat prices

Seats are priced in bands: the first 50 seats are billed at the first rate, the next 200 at the second rate, and so on. Annual billing saves 20%.
Example: 100 seats with AI models included, billed monthly = 50 × €27 + 50 × €23 = €2,500 per month. Billed annually, the same team pays €2,000 per month.

The AI Workspace seat price depends on how AI models are provided. Pick the option that fits your organization.

AI models included

EU-hosted AI models with no usage bills. Each seat includes €7 in AI credits. This is the simplest option: one predictable price.

Your own API key

Connect your own model provider API key. Your AI usage is billed directly by your provider, and the seat price is €7 lower.
