# Organization Settings

> User management, invites, the organization system prompt, tags, subscription and per-feature permissions.

Organization-wide settings live under **Settings → Organization**. What you see there depends on your role: the organization **owner** sees the most, other admins see a subset.

## User Management

Open **Settings → Organization → User Management** to see everyone in your organization, with their role, usage and status (Active, Pending, Expired).

    Click **Generate Share Link** to create a link anyone can use to join your organization without an email invitation. Use **Copy** to grab it, or **Generate New Link** to replace it.

    Use **Manually Add Members** to send individual email invitations, or **Add CSV File** to invite a list at once.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage existing invitations">
    Pending invitations can be **Resend**ed or **Dismiss**ed. Members can be edited (role, usage limit) or deleted.

  <Step title="Set usage limits">
    Use **Set limit** on a member to cap their usage, or **Set org limit** to set a hard cap on total organization spending — members are asked to contact an admin once it's reached.

## Organization system prompt

  Visible to admins who can manage the organization system prompt.
</Note>

Open **Settings → Organization → System prompt**. These instructions are added to every chat in your organization, for every user — after WonkaChat's general instructions, and taking priority if the two disagree. Write your house rules (tone, things to always or never do) and **Save**, or **Clear** to remove them and fall back to the general instructions only.

## Workspace tags

Open **Settings → Organization → Tags** to manage tags shared across agents and connectors in your workspace. Create a tag, search existing ones, rename or delete them from the tag list.

## Subscription

  Visible to the organization owner, when subscriptions are enabled for your plan.

Open **Settings → Organization → Subscription** to see your current plan, billed users, invoices, and next payment date. From here you can adjust the number of users on your plan, manage billing, or cancel/reactivate your subscription. A **7-day free trial** is available; see [Plans](/en/pricing/plans) for details.

## Managing organizations

If you own more than one organization, switch between them from the organization selector, or create a new one from the admin area if your account allows it. Each organization has its own users, connectors, agents and settings.

## Per-feature permissions

Admins can control, per role (User or Admin), whether people can **create** or **share** agents and prompts, and similar settings for memories. Open the **Admin** (shield icon) button inside each feature's own page:

## Feature flags enabled by Wonka AI

Several capabilities are organization-level flags that Wonka AI turns on for your organization on request — they don't have a toggle in the interface. If you don't see one of these and want it, contact **[support@meetwonka.com](mailto:support@meetwonka.com)**:

* Scheduled and triggered agents
* Skills
* Custom connectors (MCP) creation
* Memories
* Projects
* Agent audit (and, within it, viewing conversations or tool calls)
* Agent API keys
* Interactive usage-stats filters

<Warning>
  Deleting an organization (Settings → Organization → General → **Delete Organization**) is permanent: it removes all organization data, and permanently deletes any user who belongs only to that organization. This cannot be undone.
